Where are we today? Almost to Mahé, Catching up on Mahé
After lunch at the Indian Cafe, we went to two different places to snorkel. We came near a school of dolphins on the way. The waters in both places were teeming with fish of different sizes and shapes and colors, various corals, and rays. I didn’t get back in at the second place, but I missed out on seeing eels and sharks. Just after we got back on the boat in the first place for snorkeling, people from another boat lifted a ray to the top of the water to touch it and look at it. I felt sorry for the ray! I am assuming it was a manna and not a stinger, but don’t know that for sure. Here are a few more photos from our first day in Malé. Memorial for Victims of the 2004 Tsunami See you in Victoria, Mahé!
